Privacy Policy
What we collect. We collect the information you give us through our website contact form, our booking platform (Booqable), and email — typically your name, email, phone, event date, and event details.

How we use it. We use your information to process bookings, send confirmations, communicate about your event, prevent fraudulent orders, and (with your consent) send marketing emails. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.

Who we share it with. We share information only with the service providers that run our business: Stripe (payments), Booqable (bookings), and Mailchimp (email). We do not sell your personal information.

Retention & security. We keep your information only as long as we have a legitimate business reason to, then delete or anonymize it. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it.

Children. This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us information, email hello@poshnpop.com and we'll delete it promptly.

Booking Terms & Conditions
These terms summarize and incorporate our full Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver, which is sent for e-signature after booking. In any conflict, the signed Rental Agreement controls. By booking with Posh & Pop Parties, you confirm you are 18 or older and agree to the following.

Payment & deposit. A $250 security deposit is charged at booking to confirm and reserve your date. The full rental total is then automatically charged 7 days before your event; bookings made within 7 days are charged in full (rental total plus the $250 security deposit) at booking. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Security deposit. A $250 security deposit (flat, all tiers) is charged at booking. It is returned within 72 hours following a completed event, after items are returned and satisfactorily inspected, and is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled. You authorize charges to the card on file for damage, loss, theft, or excessive cleaning, including amounts over $250, with an itemized statement.

Cancellations & rescheduling. Requests must be in writing to byoung@poshnpop.com.

More than 7 days before the event: full refund of all amounts paid, including the $250 security deposit.

7 days or fewer before the event: the full rental total is charged and the $250 security deposit is forfeited; any refund of the rental total is at our discretion. We'll always try to reschedule you to another available date.

We may cancel for circumstances beyond our control (weather, illness, emergency) and will offer a full refund or rebooking.

Care of items. Items must be returned in the condition received, normal wear excepted. You are responsible for damage, loss, or theft at replacement cost. Linens must be free of permanent stains, burns, or tears; excessive soiling incurs a $25–$150 cleaning fee. No candles, open flames, glitter, slime, paint, or adhesives on or near items. No outdoor use without written approval. Late returns incur 50% of the daily rate per item, per day.

Delivery & access (Delivery / Full-Service tiers). You must provide safe vehicle access, an appropriate clean setup area, and working electricity if required. A responsible adult (18+) must be present at delivery and pickup.

Supervision. At least one responsible adult (18+) must actively supervise all minors at all times. We are not responsible for supervising children. Tents, airbeds, and linens are not for unsupervised use by children under 4.

Assumption of risk & liability. Use of party and sleepover equipment carries inherent risks of injury or property damage, which you assume on behalf of yourself and all participants. You release Posh & Pop Parties, LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from claims arising from the use, misuse, or failure of equipment, acts of participants, or any condition of the venue. Our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid. You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your breach or any participant's acts.

Insurance. We carry general liability insurance (certificate available on request). Your homeowner's or renter's insurance is primary for any damage or injury at your premises.

Health & allergies. You confirm you are unaware of any condition, allergy, or limitation of a participant that would make use of the items inadvisable without precautions, and you take responsibility for safe use.

Photography. We may photograph setups (not guests, without consent) for marketing. To opt out, tell us in writing before your event.

Governing law. New Jersey law governs. Disputes go to good-faith mediation first, then binding arbitration in Morris County, NJ. On any breach by you, you are responsible for our reasonable attorney's fees and collection costs.
