Questions parents ask
How does the $250 deposit work?
A $250 refundable security deposit is charged when you book — it's what locks in your date. It's released about 72 hours after your event as long as there's no damage. The deposit is separate from your rental balance and never counts toward it. Your full rental balance (including NJ 6.625% sales tax) is charged 7 days before the event. If you book within 7 days of your event, the full total plus the $250 deposit is due at booking.

What if something gets damaged?
Normal wear and tear is on us — kids being kids is expected. For damage beyond normal wear, the $250 deposit is a minimum hold, not a cap; if repair or replacement costs more, we'll send an itemized statement within 48 hours. No surprises, everything documented.
Where do you deliver? Is there a travel fee?
We serve Morristown and the surrounding areas. Events outside Morris County have a $50 travel fee, which we'll include in your quote so there are no surprises.
Stairs, apartments, and access — anything we should know?
We can set up almost anywhere indoors — just tell us in the venue notes if there are stairs, which floor the party room is on, and where our team can park. That helps us plan the right crew and timing for your setup.
Can we set up outdoors?
Our setups are indoor-only. The teepees, bedding, and styling are designed for living rooms, basements, playrooms, and finished spaces — weather never gets a vote on your party.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend requesting your date 2–3 weeks ahead. Popular weekend dates go first, so the earlier you reach out, the better your odds.
My party is soon — can you still do it?
Maybe! Requests inside our recommended lead time are treated as rush requests, subject to availability. Rush bookings (within 7 days of the event) require full payment plus the $250 deposit at booking. Send the form and we'll tell you quickly if we can make it happen.

Not yet — the form is a request. We check availability and reply within 24 hours (1 business day). Your date is confirmed once availability is verified, your contract is signed, and your $250 deposit is paid.
